The success of such projects involves a shared vision between leaders, project team members, and stakeholders impacted by change. In order to successfully execute and maintain this shared vision, Organizational Change Management (OCM) must be integrated in all key phases of project lifecycles.
The essential role that OCM plays in project success will be revealed to attendees of the Project Delivery Summit, as they participate in interactive sessions led by Delegata’s Brian Lee (Senior Chief Principal) and Deloitte’s Julie Quinn (Office Managing Director and Marketplace Leader).
