Sacramento, California. May 12, 2014. The Project Delivery Summit is designed to bring together state employees who manage, direct, sponsor and participate in the delivery of State IT projects. The success of such projects involves a shared vision between leaders, project team members, and stakeholders impacted by change. In order to successfully execute and maintain this shared vision, Organizational Change Management (OCM) must be integrated in all key phases of project lifecycles.

The essential role that OCM plays in project success will be revealed to attendees of the Project Delivery Summit, as they participate in interactive sessions led by Delegata’s Brian Lee (Senior Chief Principal) and Deloitte’s Julie Quinn (Office Managing Director and Marketplace Leader).

Brian and Julie will demonstrate how OCM can be incorporated from end-to-end on successful project engagements, share OCM project team delivery models and methodologies, and offer a set of leading-edge, industry-tested tools to support OCM initiatives large and small.

Experienced Public Sector panel members Andrea Wallin-Rohmann (Chief Deputy for Policy at CA Department of Technology), Bill Otterbeck (Assistant Deputy Director at DHCS), and Kenny Moore (Chief, CDPH ITSD Planning and Project Management Branch at CA Department of Public Health), will join Delegata and Deloitte in sharing OCM insights and strategies based on their real world experience.
