Leon Casaubon : Solutions Director
As the Solutions Director for Delegata, Leon is responsible for building, managing and delivering a selective portfolio of solutions that resolve key business challenges in Delegata's chosen markets. For over 34 years, Leon has been delivering business solutions for Public Sector and Fortune 500 companies. His expertise has been gained in Hi-Technology, Aerospace, Transportation, Retail, Defense, State Government, Health Care, Pension, Construction and Telecommunications market segments.
Formerly Senior Vice President of Global Solutions for NEORIS Business Technology Partners, he was responsible for the complete solution offering of the largest eBuilder in the Latin American market. His key expertise is in visionary practice development including strategic consulting, process re-engineering and solutions implementation related to Value Chain management, system development, information engineering and integrated logistics. As a Vice President in Science Applications International Corporation he built the underlying capability to launch the Supply Chain practice – SCOptima. While an Air Force officer he launched the F-15 Software Support Facility’s first organic capability and managed projects in the Billions of dollars.
Leon has a degree in Electrical Engineering from Lowell Technological Institute, and Master of Science degrees in Business Management as well as Software Engineering. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified at the most senior level for government program management as well. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the Institute for Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE) and other local community service organizations.
